Prompt 1 · Copy & paste

Start with this prompt

Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to get 30 video topics built around the questions your patients actually ask.

I run a [SPECIALTY] practice in [CITY]. My ideal patients are [WHO]. List the 30 most common questions these patients ask before booking, during treatment and after treatment. Group them into: procedures, diagnoses and test results, recovery and aftercare, cost and insurance, and myths. For each question, suggest a 30 second video title written as a hook. Avoid medical advice for specific patients.
What you get back: A 30 day content calendar worth of video topics, grouped by theme.

Why patient education video works

Patients research before they book. A short video that answers their question builds trust before they ever walk in, and it answers the same question for hundreds of people instead of one at a time at the front desk.

  • Trust: patients see your face, your voice and how you explain things.
  • Fewer repeat questions: link videos in reminders and follow ups.
  • More bookings: educated patients are more ready to schedule.
  • Search visibility: video and captions help you show up where patients look.

What an AI clone is

An AI clone, also called an AI avatar or digital twin, is a realistic video version of you created from a short recording. Once it's made, you type or approve a script and the clone delivers it in your face and voice.

  1. Record once: usually about 2 minutes of natural talking on camera, plus a short consent clip.
  2. Clone your voice: most tools capture your voice from the same recording.
  3. Approve scripts: you review every word for accuracy.
  4. Generate and post: the tool creates the video, you add captions and B roll.
Tip: good lighting and a quiet room during that first recording make a bigger difference to realism than any tool setting.

The tools, by job

Tools change fast, so think in jobs, not brands. Here's the stack most practices need.

Compliance basics

This is general guidance, not legal advice. Have a healthcare attorney review your process, and check your state board's advertising rules.

  • Written consent from the doctor to create and use their likeness and voice, with the right to revoke it.
  • Doctor approval of every script and every final video.
  • No patient data. No real patient names, faces, images or stories without separate written authorization.
  • Label AI. Say it in the caption and turn on Instagram's AI label for realistic video.
  • Education, not advice. Add "every patient is different, talk to your doctor."
  • No guarantees. Avoid promising results or using "painless" or "best."

Your 30 day posting plan

Three to four Reels a week is enough to build momentum. Here's a simple rhythm.

WeekFocusPosts
Week 1Meet the doctor and the AI clone, your most asked procedure3 Reels + daily Stories
Week 2Procedure explainers4 Reels
Week 3Diagnosis and test result explainers4 Reels
Week 4Myths, aftercare and a soft offer4 Reels
Tip: batch it. Write and approve all of next week's scripts in one 30 minute sitting.

Do it yourself or hire it out?

Do it yourself if you or someone on your team enjoys content and has 3 to 4 hours a week. The prompts in our AI Video Prompt Pack will get you most of the way.

Hire it out if nobody has the time. A good partner handles scripts, production, captions and posting, and your only job is approving.
